THE URBAN DIOSA is NOT responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or the Postal Service used for shipment. THE URBAN DIOSA does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered. If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the following business day.

Returns/ Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges may be provided AT DISCRETION of shop THE URBAN DIOSA.

Returns: All items must be returned to THE URBAN DIOSA. Within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed in the packaging with tags. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling and processing fee of $5.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges At discretion of shop THE URBAN DIOSA. PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT
